Experienced Hospitality Waiting/Bar Staff - Principality Stadium

We are recruiting for hospitality waiting/bar staff to work with us at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff for our upcoming events.

Main Responsibilities:

· Engage with guests within our hospitality suites/lounges to enhance their experience

· Provide exceptional level of guest service

· Taking orders, serving food & beverages, clearing tables

· Efficiently and accurately communicating guest requests with kitchen and colleagues

· Stock replenishment of bar areas

· Maintaining cleanliness and organization of bar/lounge area

Requirements:

· Must be 18 or over.

· Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality setting - waiting or bar

· Great attention to detail and impeccable standards

· Great communication skills and a vibrant personality.

· Customer focused and want to provide an exceptional guest experience
