Do you want a socially rewarding role in the retail or events industry? We are looking for Patch/Area Managers to lead experienced and enthusiastic teams at Swansea.com Stadium in one of our stands, managing both Food and Bar Kiosks.


Working Hours

In this flexible and active role, you can pick and choose your shifts as you please. And you can even choose WHERE to work, with the opportunity open for you to work at any one of our 5,000+ venues across the UK, including Cardiff City FC and the Principality Stadium.


Role responsibilities

Daily tasks may include:


- Providing/overseeing a brilliant service for our guests over Match Days and Events

- Excellent organisation and time management skills

- Ensuring smooth communication and delivering an effective brief to your team ready for the day ahead.

- Ensuring your area of work has its Allergen information ready to go.

- Overseeing your area regarding stock control and distribution, food preparation etc.

- Supervise the team throughout the day, delegating responsibilities accordingly to your Team Leaders.

- Assist with staff training and development to maintain to the highest standard

- Swiftly resolving customer service complaints

- Administering refunds correctly

- Completion of Match Day Paperwork


Requirements

- Previous supervisor/management experience required within the Fast-Food/Bar sector

- Experience with Self Ordering Units (SOU) desired but not a necessity – training can be provided

- Experience delivering an effective brief and managing a team

- The ability to remain calm during high-volume periods

- Enthusiastic & energetic

- Food Preparation and Food Hygiene experience.

- High empathy and understanding of others

- Excellent organisation and communication skills

- Ability and confidence to lead your team through a successful day.
