As a Hospitality Waiter or Wine Waiter, you'll play a vital role in delivering a first-class guest experience by:

• 🍷 Serving food and beverages within VIP boxes, premium lounges, and hospitality suites
• ⭐ Creating memorable experiences through attentive, professional, and friendly service
• 🎯 Anticipating guest needs and responding efficiently and confidently
• 🤝 Working closely with colleagues to deliver seamless service throughout events
• 🏟️ Representing the highest standards of hospitality in a prestigious sporting environment
• ✨ Ensuring every guest feels valued from arrival through to departure

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months' experience in hospitality service or wine waiting
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Comfortable working with and around alcohol
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in busy, high-profile environments
• Strong teamwork skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service
