We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking people to bring our VIP hospitality experiences to life across matchdays, concerts and exclusive events.

From our stylish restaurants and premium hospitality lounges to our exclusive VIP boxes, you'll be right at the heart of the action, delivering fantastic food, drinks and service to guests who expect something special.

And it's not just about football! With a fantastic calendar of events throughout the year, there's plenty of opportunity to get involved, meet new people and make every shift different

Even better? Once you're registered with Constellation, the opportunities don't stop at Swansea! You could also pick up exciting shifts at Cardiff City FC, Cheltenham Racecourse and a whole host of other fantastic venues across the UK.

🥂 WHAT ROLES ARE AVAILABLE?

We're building our hospitality dream team and have opportunities across a range of front-of-house positions:

• 🍽️ Restaurant Waiting Staff – Deliver excellent table service and make every guest feel special.
• ⭐ VIP Box Waiters/Waitresses – Look after guests in our exclusive hospitality boxes, providing a first-class experience.
• 🏃 Food & Drink Runners – Keep everything flowing by delivering food and drinks quickly and efficiently.

Whether you've got years of hospitality experience or are looking to get started in the industry, there's a place for you in our team!

🙌 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We're looking for people with personality, passion and a genuine love of great customer service.

You'll be right at home if you:

• Are aged 16 or over.
• Have experience in hospitality, waiting, restaurants, fine dining or customer service (although this is not essential).
• Enjoy interacting with people and making guests feel welcome.
• Are confident taking orders, serving food and drinks and using electronic tills (iPads).
• Can keep your cool and maintain a smile when things get busy.
• Have a positive, can-do attitude and plenty of enthusiasm.
• Are a natural team player who is happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
• Are comfortable being on your feet throughout your shift.

Most importantly, bring your personality, a great attitude and a willingness to learn – we'll help you develop the rest!
