Role: Kitchen Porter – Hospitality & Events
Location: Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre, GU14 6FD
Pay: £13.21 per hour, paid weekly

We’re looking for hardworking, reliable, and positive individuals to join our Kitchen team and help us deliver unforgettable experiences behind the scenes.
As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll play a key role in supporting our chefs and keeping the kitchen running smoothly by:
🧼 Cleaning crockery, cutlery, utensils, and kitchen equipment
🧽 Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
🔧 Assisting with kitchen setup, prep, and clear-down
🚮 Disposing of waste and keeping work areas safe and tidy
🔄 Communicating with kitchen and front of house teams for smooth service
🧴 Using cleaning machinery safely and wearing PPE as required
⚠️ Following all Health & Safety, Hygiene, and Manual Handling policies
✨ A team player with a strong work ethic
✨ Someone who can stay calm and focused in a busy kitchen
✨ A good eye for cleanliness and hygiene
✨ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days
✨Previous experience in a porter role or similar is desirable
✔ Must be able to stand for long periods and carry out physical tasks
✔ Must be able to drive or have reliable transport to and from the venue (some shifts finish late or start early)
