Location: Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre, GU14 6FD

Pay: £13.21 per hour, paid weekly

We’re looking for enthusiastic, coffee-loving baristas to join our Front of House team and help us fuel unforgettable moments for our guests ☕✨

What You’ll Do

As a Barista at Farnborough International, you’ll be at the heart of the action, serving high-quality drinks in fast-paced event environments. Your role will include:

☕ Preparing and serving barista-style coffee, including:

• Cappuccinos

• Lattes

• Flat whites

• Americanos

• Espressos & double espressos

• Mochas

• Hot chocolates & teas

🥛 Steaming and texturing milk to a high standard (including dairy alternatives)

🥐 Serving food and grab-and-go items

🚫 Managing allergens and dietary requirements

🧹 Keeping coffee stations clean, stocked, and presentable

😊 Delivering warm, friendly service with a smile

Whether it’s an early-morning conference rush or a buzzing exhibition day, you’ll help keep our guests energised and happy.

What We’re Looking For

✨ A friendly, confident people-person with great customer service skills

✨ Someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment

✨ A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

✨ Attention to detail and pride in drink quality and presentation

✨ Previous barista or hospitality experience (minimum 6 months)

Essentials

✔ Must be 18+

✔ Must have reliable transport to and from the venue

(Please note: the venue is approximately a 30-minute walk from local train stations, and some shifts start early or finish late)
