On-Site Account Manager – Summer Festival Season.

Location: London (BST Hyde Park, Brockwell Park, All Points East)

Contract: Fixed-Term (4 Months) | Potential for Temp to Perm

Constellation, part of Compass Group UK & Ireland, is seeking a passionate and highly organised On-Site Account Manager to lead staffing and people operations for Peppermint Events across major summer festivals, including BST Hyde Park, Brockwell Park, and All Points East.

This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of some of the UK’s most iconic live events, supporting high-profile sponsor bars and ensuring seamless delivery through strategic staff planning and on-site account management.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead on-site management of the Peppermint Events account during festivals.

- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring smooth communication and operational excellence.

- Support recruitment, training, and scheduling of staff for sponsor bars across all venues.

- Oversee team performance and provide real-time support during live event days.

- Collaborate with Constellation’s wider staffing and operations teams to ensure optimal service delivery.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in event operations, staffing coordination, or account management (preferably in hospitality or live events).

- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.

- Calm under pressure and able to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

- Fully available for all festival dates (including weekends).

- Flexible, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
