Calling all Hospitality managers! Do you run a pass like no one else? Can you manage a team and deliver the best service anyone has ever had? We are looking for a variety of Hospitality managers- Pass managers, Room managers, Bar managers, Buffet supervisor and more!
From Champions league/ Premier league fixtures to hosting the Womens super league, Stamford bridge has a busy 2025/26 ahead and we are looking for amazing individuals to join our Hospitality Management team.
Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to handle and serve alcohol during the shift therefore in order to be considered you must be aged 18+!

Hourly Rate: From £14.79 to £21.88
Shifts: 10 hours approx. (match day and non-match day shifts available) -
Location: Chelsea Football Club, Stamford Bridge

Experience Required:
A strong background in the hospitality or events sector, ideally within stadiums, arenas, or premium venues.
A confident leader who leads by example, motivates their team, and thrives under pressure.
Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and match days as required.
A passion for food, drink, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
Although this role is 0-hour and your working hours are your choice, we are looking for committed staff who can work a majority of the season.
