Constellation are looking for enthusiastic, professional Catering Assistants to join our team at the beautiful RHS Garden Wisley — supporting exceptional food service in a truly unique setting 🌿

Working Pattern

Various shifts available across 7 days a week

Typical hours: 10:00am – 6:00pm (daytime service, with occasional event-based shifts)

Where You’ll Work 🌿

Set within one of the UK’s most prestigious garden venues, RHS Wisley offers a refined and memorable dining experience for its visitors. You’ll be working across elegant dining spaces, cafés and premium hospitality areas, supporting high-quality food service for guests enjoying everything from leisurely lunches to special events.

Parking is available, however due to the location, please check transport links before applying.

Public bus: No. 462 and 463 from Woking and Guildford (7 days a week)

Public bus: No. 714 from Kingston (Monday to Saturday)

What You’ll Do

As a Catering Assistant, you’ll play an important role in delivering a smooth and welcoming guest experience. Your responsibilities may include:

🍽️ Serving food and beverages to guests in a professional and friendly manner

☕ Supporting café, restaurant and hospitality service areas

🧾 Assisting with clearing tables, restocking and maintaining service areas

✨ Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and customer service

🚫 Managing allergens and dietary requirements with care

😊 Creating a positive and memorable experience for visitors

From busy lunch services to premium hospitality events, you’ll represent excellent service standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, reliable and well-presented individuals with a passion for hospitality
• Previous catering, hospitality or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A positive approach and willingness to learn

Essentials

• Previous catering, hospitality or front of house experience preferred
• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance to Woking, ideally you will have your own transport
• Over 18s only
