- Overseeing restaurants, lounges, boxes, and VIP suites with calm, polished control
- Leading and motivating managers and frontline teams with clear, energising briefings
- Driving exceptional guest experiences — from service flow to food and wine standards
- Working closely with senior leadership to deliver smooth operations and hit targets
- Keeping a sharp eye on detail, quality, and the overall feel of the space
