Constellation is seeking an experienced, dynamic Hospitality Manager to lead and inspire our event-day teams at Market Rasen Racecourse for the 2026 racing season.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and has a proven track record of managing teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Legsby Road, Market Rasen, LN8 3EA

⚠️ This is a remote location — applicants must have their own transport.

💼 The Role

As Hospitality Manager, you will take full responsibility for overseeing hospitality operations across bars, restaurants, and premium hospitality areas on race days.

You must have previous management experience within a busy hospitality environment and be confident leading, motivating, and supporting a team to deliver high standards of service.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate front-of-house hospitality teams
• Manage service delivery to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Oversee staff briefings, delegation, and performance on event days
• Handle customer queries or complaints professionally and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and food hygiene regulations
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with operational teams
• Maintain high presentation and service standards across all areas
• Work closely with senior management to deliver successful race-day operations

• Experience managing bar and/or restaurant operations
• Strong understanding of service standards and event operations

🔞 Essential Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have your own transport
• Must have the right to work in the UK
• Must have proven hospitality management experience
• Must be confident managing alcohol-led environments
