You’ll ensure that staffing levels are aligned to demand, workforce plans are executed effectively, and operational teams are fully supported in delivering against client and commercial expectations.

As a trusted partner to venue leadership teams, you will combine strong planning capability with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach- managing both strategic workforce requirements and real-time event delivery.
