Bar & Retail Supervisors Required - Join the Action at the Aviva Stadium

Do you want to be part of an exciting and enthusiastic team of individuals that are the driving force behind the incredible match days at Aviva Stadium?

We are looking for experienced Senior Bar Supervisors / Retail Supervisors (managing both food kiosks and bars in a designated areas at Aviva Stadium) to bring some great energy to our customer-facing drinks and food units.

The role will put you right in the heart of a match day and the exhilarating atmosphere of Aviva Stadium, whilst allowing you the flexibility to work around your schedule.

The Role:

We are looking for experienced, passionate, and committed Bar & Retail supervisors/managers to lead a team to deliver a service to over 50,000 fans on match days. You must be able to interact effectively with customers whilst managing your team, allowing them to excel in their roles and deliver a high level of service to our customers. You will be expected to oversee the operation of a number of busy food and drinks units, ensuring they comply with EHO standards and are PCI compliant. You will attend briefings, passing on relevant information to team members. You will prepare your team for the day ahead and inspire them to be pro-active and enthusiastic in their role. You will ensure the bars / kiosks have suitable levels of staffing and that equipment is in working order.
