Do you have a passion for football and extensive experience in hospitality management? Chelsea FC is hiring Hospitality Room & Pass Managers for the upcoming season. This role offers the chance to manage high-profile events in a dynamic environment, with potential for set-up shifts before match days as well.


Position Details:

  • Location: Stamford Bridge, Chelsea Football Club
  • Pay Rates: Starting from £14.50 and can go up to £19.20 depending on room and position.
  • Availability: You must be available for at least 90% of home fixtures. While match days tend to fall on weekends, we do have midweek fixtures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and managing the hospitality rooms and pass areas on match days.
  • Ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high levels of customer service.
  • Leading and managing a team to ensure smooth operations in hospitality areas.
  • Handling guest concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven management experience in a hospitality environment is essential.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
  • Flexibility to work most home fixtures, including both weekends and midweek matches.
