Constellation Platinum is seeking experienced and professional fine dining waiters to join our VIP front-of-house team at the iconic O2 Arena. You’ll deliver polished service in luxury hospitality areas, welcoming guests for world-class concerts and events.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional à la carte service during high-volume, fast-paced sittings.
• Build rapport with guests while delivering polished, professional service.
• Work as part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
• Upsell premium food and drinks using strong product knowledge.
• Anticipate guest needs, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience: Minimum 12 months in a fine dining, high-end hospitality, or luxury events role.

✅ Service Skills: Confident in serving food and drinks, pouring wine, and handling drinks trays.

✅ Knowledge: Good understanding of premium drinks and menu items; wine or bar skills desirable.

✅ Personality: Calm under pressure, with excellent teamwork and communication skills.

✅ Flexibility: Able to work evenings, weekdays, and weekends, and travel home after late finishes.
