About the Role

We are looking for professional and service-driven Butlers to join the premium hospitality team at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, one of the most prestigious venues in world sport and entertainment.

Working within exclusive VIP lounges, executive suites, and premium hospitality areas, you will deliver a personalised and attentive service to guests attending matchdays and major events. As a Butler, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional hospitality experience, ensuring every guest receives world-class service from arrival through to departure.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests within VIP hospitality areas.
• Deliver attentive, discreet, and personalised service throughout the event.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Build positive rapport with guests while maintaining a polished and professional presence.
• Ensure guests receive a consistently high level of service aligned with premium hospitality standards.

Food & Beverage Service

• Support the service of food and beverages including canapés, plated dining, buffets, and drinks service.
• Assist with wine and beverage service within premium hospitality environments.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, and beverage offerings to confidently assist guests.
• Ensure all food and beverage presentation meets the highest hospitality standards.

Service Preparation & Presentation

• Assist with the setup and preparation of hospitality areas prior to guest arrival.
• Ensure tables, buffets, and service stations are presented to the highest standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation throughout service.
• Support clearing and resetting tables to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.

Operational Support

• Work collaboratively with chefs, managers, and hospitality teams to deliver seamless service.
• Provide support during key service periods including pre-event dining, half-time service, and post-event hospitality.
• Follow all company policies including health & safety, food safety, and stadium operational procedures.
• Represent Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and Levy UK with professionalism at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, fine dining, luxury service, or premium events is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food, beverage, and service etiquette is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and presentation at all times.
• Friendly, approachable, and confident when interacting with guests.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours.
• Positive attitude with a strong customer service focus.
• Ability to represent the Tottenham Hotspur brand with pride.
