We offer VIP roles ranging from 10 to 40+ hours per week, and this can be adjusted anytime, making this the perfect opportunity for those seeking flexibility while working in a fast-paced, high-end environment.

🍽️ Waiter Role

We’re looking for confident, guest-focused waiters who can deliver seamless service with a smile.

You’ll need to:

• Be confident carrying a tray and taking guest orders
• Deliver all service steps to create a memorable guest experience
• Communicate clearly and work well as part of a team
• Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment

🍸 Bartender Role

Our bartenders are the life of the party! You’ll need to:

• Have experience in a fast-paced bar environment
• Understand beers, wines, and spirits
• Be confident making and serving drinks efficiently
• Understand Challenge 25 and RSA responsibilities
• Bring energy, teamwork, and festive cheer to every shift

🎁 What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in hospitality (waiting or bar work)
• Excellent communication skills and a sparkling personality
• Team players who thrive in lively, high-energy environments
• Must be 18 or over (due to alcohol service)
• Reliable, professional, and ready to bring the festive joy!
