Constellation are looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porters to join our Back of House team at the stunning RHS Garden Wisley — supporting the delivery of high-quality food service in a fast-paced and professional environment 🌿

Working Pattern

Various shifts available across 7 days a week

Typical hours: 10:00am – 6:00pm (daytime service, with occasional event shifts)

Where You’ll Work 🌿

Set within one of the UK’s most prestigious garden venues, RHS Wisley welcomes thousands of visitors each week. You’ll be working behind the scenes across busy kitchens and food outlets, helping to keep operations running smoothly during everything from relaxed café service to large-scale events.

Parking is available, however due to the location, please check transport links before applying.

Public bus: No. 462 and 463 from Woking and Guildford (7 days a week)

Public bus: No. 714 from Kingston (Monday to Saturday)

What You’ll Do

As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll be a vital part of the kitchen team, ensuring a clean, safe and efficient working environment. Your responsibilities will include:

🧼 Washing up pots, pans, crockery and utensils

🍽️ Supporting chefs with basic food prep tasks when required

🧹 Keeping kitchen areas clean, tidy and organised at all times

🚮 Managing waste disposal and recycling correctly

📦 Assisting with deliveries and stock movement

✨ Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards

Your role is key to keeping service running smoothly, especially during busy periods.

Essentials

• Previous kitchen porter experience preferred but not essential
• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance to Woking
• Over 18s only
