Through our on-site masterclasses, you’ll have the opportunity to enhance your skills in cocktail-making, spirits knowledge, and guest service. What We’re Looking For:✅ Experience: Minimum 12 months in a high-end London bar.✅ Mixology Skills: Basic cocktail-making and flaring experience.✅ Spirits Knowledge: Extensive understanding of premium spirits.✅ Personality: Confident, engaging, and proactive with a customer-first attitude.✅ Teamwork: Able to work seamlessly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.✅ Attention to Detail: Organised with effective time management and order-taking skills.✅ Flexibility: Available for evening, weekday, and weekend shifts, with the ability to get home from late-night finishes (1am+). ✅ Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing and moving throughout shifts.
