Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook high-quality dishes as per the menu specifications.- Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, managing daily operations efficiently.- Ensure consistent and exceptional presentation of food.- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and training.- Manage stock and inventory, ensuring minimal wastage.- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene.- Collaborate with the Head Chef's and Exec Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service. Requirements:- Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.- Culinary degree or relevant qualification is preferred.- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.- A passion for food and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
