<h2>Chef de Partie – Bourne Leisure Ltd.</h2> Location: Hemel HempsteadPay: £16.32 per hour We’re looking for a talented and driven Chef de Partie (CDP) to join the kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their culinary career in a professional, fast-paced environment. <h3>🔧 Key Responsibilities:</h3> Section Management<ul><li>Take full responsibility for your assigned section</li><li>Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of dishes to the highest standards</li><li>Work closely with Sous and Head Chef to maintain smooth kitchen operations</li></ul> Food Prep &amp; Service<ul><li>Prepare, cook, and present menu items during service</li><li>Ensure mise en place is fully prepared ahead of shifts</li><li>Support other sections as required to maintain team flow</li></ul> Hygiene &amp; Safety<ul><li>Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene in your area</li><li>Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP procedures, allergen control, temperature logs, etc.)</li><li>Adhere to all kitchen health &amp; safety protocols</li></ul> Teamwork &amp; Development<ul><li>Collaborate with fellow chefs and kitchen porters to ensure efficient service</li><li>Take direction from senior chefs while showing initiative and pride in your work</li><li>Actively participate in training and development opportunities</li></ul> <h3>✅ What We’re Looking For:</h3><ul><li>Proven experience as a CDP - Those without Chef experience will not be successful. </li><li>Solid understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen procedures</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality</li><li>Positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn</li><li>Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate (Level 3 a bonus)</li></ul> <h3>💼 What We Offer:</h3><ul><li>£16.32 per hour</li><li>Stable, full-time hours with a supportive kitchen team</li><li>Opportunity to develop under experienced leadership</li><li>Meals on duty &amp; hotel staff perks</li><li>On-the-job training and skill development</li></ul> Please note: This advert is for a Chef De Partie role only, those without Chef experience will not be successful.
